SKINNY, CROCK-POT BALSAMIC PORK TENDERLOIN

Advertising Title

It’s delicious beyond words…This pork recipe just melts in your mouth! So easy, it’s perfect for a busy weeknight supper but fabulous enough for company. The sauce is really, really good. I love to serve this with a baked potato and mash some sauce in it, instead of the usual sour cream and butter. You could even serve it as a hot open faced sandwich with sauce drizzled over the top. Each serving has 206 calories, 5 grams of fat and 4 Weight Watchers Freestyle SmartPoints.
