FOR THE CAKE:
→ 1large egg.
→ 2 tsp pineapple juice.
→ 1 cup whole milk.
→ 2/3 cup melted butter.
→ 1 super moist yellow cake mix.
FOR THE FILLING:
→ 3 PKGs cream cheese.
→ 2 cups whipping cream.
→ 1 cup granulated sugar.
→ 3 tbsp pure vanilla extract.
→ STEP1- In a large mixing bowl, mix your moist yellow cake following the directions in the back of the box.
→ STEP2- Add milk, 1 large egg, and one tablespoon of pineapple juice. Mix well.
→ STEP3- Pour batter into 2 greased cake pans, and bake as directed on the box.
→ STEP4- To make the filling, whip the heavy cream in an electric mixer on high speed until light and soft.
→ STEP5- In another bowl, mix the cream cheese vanilla and sugar until creamy. Add to the whipped cream.
→ STEP6- Slice the two cakes in half, and place your bottom layer on a plate, then pour some of the cheesecake fillings, and add the second cake layer. And spread the filling again. Repeat it for 2 more times and spread the remaining cheesecake filling on top and all around the sides cake.
→ STEP7- For the topping, use pineapple rings on top of the cake.
Let in the fridge for two hours.
