Ingredients:

  • ½ ripe avocado
  • ½ cup oatmeal

Preparation time: 3 minutes.

How to apply:

  • Mash the avocado with a fork and combine with oatmeal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon ground oatmeal
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1 teaspoon milk

Preparation time: 5 minutes.

How to apply:

  • In a small mixing bowl, place banana and mash with a fork. Then mix a tablespoon of ground oatmeal.
  • Wash your face with warm water to open pores. Using clean fingers, rub the mask onto the face in a circular motion.
  • Apply a thick layer.
  • Keep the mask in place for 10 to 15 minutes. Wash off with warm water and do not use soap.
