1 egg
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 into 1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Bake, uncovered, at 350° to get 50-55 minutes until meat is not pink and a meat thermometer reads 160°. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 5 minutes more until cheese is melted. Serve with salsa if desired. Makes 6 servings
