- 4 slices light Swiss cheese (I used Jarlsberg)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
